Lovin’ me some mini sessions this year!
Valerie just glowed during her session! And that hair!! I couldn’t get over that gorgeous crop of hair!! We started with a couple of inside shots using one of the beautiful lace fabrics from Rosie ( https://www.facebook.com/rosie.romero.587?fref=ts ) and then worked our way outside to a beautiful field . Even with the stickers and mosquitoes she toughed it out and we got some really beautiful images!!!
Little Esteban came in for his mini session in his christening outfits and I must say he looks quite gorgeous. The outfit came from Bambolina here in McAllen and having seen the workmanship up close I can say its exquisite. And I love the lasso from Melissa and Steve’s wedding. It’s so beautiful and ornate and the perfect detail…
Um, could you refrain yourself from squeezing those adorably chunky cheeks of his?! Yeah, I didn’t think so. This is little guy made it hard to get any sleepy shots at all so we just went with it and got all wide awake shots instead. But really, would I want to cover those beautiful brown eyes anyway? And when your daddy is the head volleyball coach at UT Brownsville then you MUST get a shot with a volleyball right?
What a fun family! Kjersti and Nate have the most adorable two kids whom my girls regularly babysit and have fallen in love with. And who couldn’t adore those precious blond curls of Presli’s? Or Hayes’ reddish blond mohawk? And I love watching KJ and Nate dance and the way they hold each other. I loved Kjersti’s idea of an old Hollywood dressing room shoot with her and Presli…love it! They are such a sweet family and we have loved having them at our church and in our home!!
